Perfect Super Bowl Party Fare – the Hot Turkey and Hot Ham Party Sandwiches

by Joan Robinett Wilson on January 15, 2015

You won’t be able to eat just one of these hot turkey and cranberry party sandwiches

Well, I just pulled up last year’s New Year’s Resolutions & realized I can reuse them for this year as I only accomplished two out of my sixteen resolutions; I kind of learned how to play chess and I played competitive singles tennis – not very well, but I did it. Ugh!! I’m always talking to the kids about setting goals and I’m setting a very poor goal setting example. So this year I’m going to resolve to conquer all of the rest of my unresolved resolutions!

In the meanwhile, the Super Bowl will be here before you know it and I have two new sandwich concoctions that are perfect football fare. I tweaked the Southern Living Hot Roast Beef Party Sandwich recipe to come up with a Hot Ham Party Sandwich recipe and a Hot Turkey and Cranberry Party Sandwich. So easy to make and super scrumptious – the perfect snack to eat while watching the Seattle Seahawks win the Super Bowl again!

Snohomish, WA is where you’ll find me, architect mom, ”drafting a life”; working from home as an architect, managing my family’s lives, forgetting to clean the house, building some crazy thing or another, sometimes cooking a great meal and always packing my kids horrible lunches.
